I am a Practising Psychotherapist, Counselling Practitioner, Clinical Supervisor and Specialist Mentor for students in higher education.
I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Health and an Individual Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My speciality is Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD).
I am of British, Cypriot and South African extraction.
As well as radio appearances, I am a regular contributor to the Cypriot Newspaper ‘The Parikiaki (UK).’ (English Section) writing articles on ‘Mental Health Issues.’ for the Greek and Cypriot communities in the United Kingdom.
